What is collected

The quote form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, details about your ceramic and any photographs you choose to upload. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.

How it is used

Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, to carry out and return the repair. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered by email through a third-party form service, and the resulting emails are held in the studio’s email account. Photographs you send may be kept as a record of the condition a piece arrived in.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a repair are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to completed repairs are kept for as long as the warranty runs, and for as long as tax records require.

Your choices

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email studio@nicoleskintsugi.com and it will be dealt with within a month.
